Government Affairs and RPAC Committee
Coordinate and promote legislation within Snohomish County recognizing private property rights and the interests of the real estate industry, and to defend against legislation, which is detrimental to property rights and the ability of families to purchase homes.

FULL – NAR® Code of Ethics – 3 CE
All REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within three-year cycles. We are currently in Cycle 7 running from January 1st 2022 to December 31st 2024. Class is currently full but their is a waitlist available.
