Take part in the REALTOR® Open House Weekend event by hosting your own open house the weekend of April 20th – 21st!

With inventory levels drastically low in many areas, it’s more important than ever to encourage homeowners to list their homes. Spring is a great time of the year to sell your home and an even better time to purchase! What better way to showcase a new listing and impress those homeowners than by participating in the REALTOR® Open House Weekend! Get those listings ready and start coordinating your open houses today!

  • It is FREE to register! Register by logging into your online portal between March 10th & April 7th.
  • You can also register by calling the SCCAR office at (425) 339-1388, or by emailing [email protected].
  • The first hundred registrants will receive a free REALTOR® reusable tote bag full of resources and goodies*
  • All registrants will receive a discount to advertise your open house with The Herald. 

*Bags will be delivered to your office the week of the open house weekend. Only the first 100 registrants will receive the free reusable SWAG bag,

Log into your online portal account to register.

  • You can find the event on the events calendar tab. Select the month of April, then click Open House Weekend to signup.
  • You will need to know your membership ID #/NRDS #/M1 # to login in to your online portal.
